We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in beautiful Goleta, California. You will be responsible for providing helpful technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and answering any questions they might have. We're looking for someone with a strong customer service background and problem-solving abilities, as well as technical knowledge of hardware and software. If you have the necessary skills and experience, we want to hear from you!

    Compensation:

    $22 - $26 hourly

    Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to provide customers with technical assistance
    • Respond professionally to incoming email inquiries regarding technical support
    • Manage tickets in the team's internal ticket system
    • Work with the team to meet daily and monthly performance goals, including properly formatting and closing tickets
    • Attend the site on a regular and predictable basis to fulfill job requirements
    • Prior experience is preferred for this entry-level position
    • All candidates must pass a telephone interview before proceeding to an in-person interview

    • Ability to troubleshoot complex networking infrastructures
