Technical Support Specialist

Overview:

Integrated Technology Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Elkhart, IN. This position is responsible for providing technical support to our customers and partners. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for resolving issues and resolving customer complaints. This position will also be expected to provide support to our customers and partners, as well as assisting with on-boarding new customers.

Essential Duties:

• Provide customer support to customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
• Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to IT staff on various projects
• Develop, implement, and maintain systems and processes for proactive product usage
• Perform day-to-day testing of new products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean desk environment by following company standards set forth by the company’s corporate office policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (preferred) or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role preferred (preferred)
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, web browsers, networking equipment (routers/switches), etc.
