Job Description:
Imaging, deployment & technical support of laptops, desktops & peripherals to in-house & remote customers. Configure & support desktop applications & ensure configurations comply with IT policies. Date backup, restore, hardware surplus
Vocational/Technical degree in computer applications, computer technology or a closely related area from an accredited college Required
Skills Required:
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues in both LAN and WAN environments.
Imaging and deploying laptops.
Providing desktop/laptop computer hardware support.
Microsoft Outlook email client.
Microsoft Office 2013.
Supporting remote workers and troubleshooting VPN and remote technology issues.
Bitlocker encryption, antivirus, and malware/spyware removal software.
Local and network printer troubleshooting and repair.
Technical support experience in a Windows 10 PC environment.
Experience supporting Cisco VoIP phones and Jabber clients.
Setup and install computers for New Hire On-Boarding’s and Off-Boarding’s.
Experience in an Active Directory Domain environment.
