Technical Support Supervisor jobs in Amarillo, TX

Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for Records Operations Support opportunities for our customer in Amarillo, TX to support the Pantex Plant.

Responsibilities:

• Verify completeness/thoroughness of the records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Comply with records security classification policy and procedures.
• Prepares documents for imaging.
• Operates imaging and microfilm equipment to create quality-level document images and stores electronic images in approved electronic information systems.
• Answer routine questions from staff and management.
• Report to management any issues and suggest improvements as needed.
• Look for areas of improvement and present to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 4-6 years of experience.
• Must be US citizen.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.
