This company is a market leader in the design, manufacture and sales of packaging supplied world wide. With multiple locations across North America, they are one of the leaders in the industry and are always expanding and innovating their operations. Now they are looking for a Stock Prep Supervisor to join the team in a pivotal role.

In this role you will be leading a team within the Stock Prep department. You will be ensuring all processes are adhered to in the materials coming into the site before they are fed into the main manufacturing facility. You will manage all the operating procedures and raw material quality.

You will have knowledge of stock prep pulping, fibre prep, paper processes or chemical dosing systems and have supervisory or management experience. You will come from the paper, packaging or mill industry.

The role:

• Leading the Stock Prep department
• Responsible for all operations and processes in the department
• Develop procedures to manage quality and equipment
• Train and develop your team within the plant

The Person:

• Knowledge of Pulp, Fibre, Paper processes or Chemical Dosing systems
• Supervisory or management experience
