    Warehouse Supervisor ($18-20/hour depending on experience) Night shift 12 hours 6:00 pm to 6:00 am

    Rotate days/work 2 days on 2 days off and every other Saturday, Sunday and, Monday

    Position Purpose:

    Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of a business, division, department or operating unit. Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency. Manage staff for optimum performance.

    Qualifications:

    1) Manufacturing experience.

    2) High personal motivation and initiative effective planning and organizing skills.

    3) Ability to meet objective with no supervision.

    4) Effective written and oral communication skills.

    5) Ability to use computers and WMS (SAP) with basic skills in excel and word.

    6) Ability to train others.

    7) Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

    8) Determine staffing requirements.

    9) Hire and train new staff.

    10) Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy.

    11) Set employee goals and objectives.

    12) Develop staff to maximize potential.

    13) Monitor staff performance including performance reviews.

    14) Delegate work duties to staff.

    15) Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency.

    16) Monitor and assist staff with work progress.

    17) co-ordinate financial and budget activities from maximum operational efficiency.

    Education and Experience:

    Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.

    Knowledge of office administrative procedures.

    Proficient in relevant software application.

    6. Customer Service – Ensure that customer complaints and advisories are investigated and followed up on in a timely manner. Ensure quality process is in control and product meets both internal and external customer expectations.

    7. Housekeeping – Ensure World Class housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.

    8. Human Resources – Provide opportunities of situational leadership and encourage crew members to step up and step out. Ensure overtime, time-off and shift swaps are handled fairly and according to guidelines. Continue personal growth and development.

    9. Asset Management – Coordinate machine start-up, shutdown, grade changes, machine upsets, PM trials. Participate in planning of machine activities. Ensure process checklists are completed and non-conformances are properly addressed. Ensure process. changes are noted. Ensure effective use of crew time in order to achieve agreed upon performance parameters.

    10. Communication – Act as a link between Kimberly-Clark Corporation Leadership team contact points for the team members. Communication fully with superiors, subordinates and others who have need to know. Be informative without being obtrusive or vexatious. Communicate in a way that is timely, yet prompt; complete, yet concise; candid, yet accurate; and clear, yet responsive/

    11. Raw Materials – Monitor consumption of raw materials to achieve maximum utilization of resources.
