Additionally, Technical Support Supervisor monitors work queues to ensure adequate coverage and to meet service level standards. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Technical Support Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Technical Support Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The role you’ll contribute:
The Laboratory Technical Supervisor performs laboratory testing in accordance with the Division of Clinical Laboratory Standards and pursuant to Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Chapter 64B3-13.003. Ensures compliance of all regulatory requirements and quality measures. Oversees the day-to-day operations of various lab sections and assists the department manager and director with leadership duties as assigned. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
