Technical Support Supervisor jobs in Lebanon, PA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• First line support for clients and field technicians; respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email, and ticketing system

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

• Log all Help Desk interactions, requests, and document resolutions

• Generate requisitions and track acquisitions of new hardware, software, and license purchases

• Build Servers

• Creating and updating technology support content

• Coordinate between Central Station and clients (Alarm Monitoring)

• Install security patches, software updates, and firmware updates on client headend devices

• Install and configure software and hardware including servers, CCTVs, physical security access systems, switches, phones, and Wireless Networks.

• Track client maintenance agreements

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to schedule service calls

• If required, work additional hours outside of regularly scheduled business hours or weekend or holidays to meet business needs

• Provide remote monitoring of client equipment by means of remote management software

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge in the following:

• Wireless networking (Controllers, Access Points, Bridges)

• Wireless surveys

• Video security systems (On-Premise and Cloud)

• Door Access Control Systems

• Voice Switches

• Data Switches

• Paging

• Structured Cabling (Troubleshooting)

• KIT Communications will provide training as required if candidate is not familiar with a few of the above qualifications

Job Type: Full-time
