    We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to play a key role in our CRM implementation project. The Technical Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring that the CRM solution aligns with business needs.



    Job Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the business requirements, designing the technical architecture, and developing the CRM solution using Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
    • You will also perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation of the CRM solution.
    • You will collaborate with the product owner, the scrum master, and the development team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the CRM solution.
    • You will have at least 3 years of experience in CRM development, preferably with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
    • You will have strong knowledge of CRM best practices, data modeling, integration, security, and performance.
    • You will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • You will be responsible for defining the vision, scope, and roadmap of the CRM solution for our clients.
    • You will also manage the backlog, prioritize the features, and communicate the business value and expectations to the development team and the stakeholders.
    • You will collaborate with the technical analyst, the scrum master, and the development team to ensure the alignment of the CRM solution with the business goals and user needs.
    • You will have at least 3 years of experience in CRM product management, preferably with Agile or Scrum certifications.
    • You will have strong knowledge of CRM processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing.
    • You will have excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
    • You will be responsible for facilitating the Agile process, coaching the development team, and removing the impediments for the CRM implementation project.
    • You will also monitor the progress, track the metrics, and report the status of the CRM implementation project to the product owner and the stakeholders.
    • You will collaborate with the technical analyst, the product owner, and the development team to ensure the adherence to the Agile principles and values.
    • You will have at least 3 years of experience in CRM project management, preferably with Scrum or Agile certifications.

    You will have strong knowledge of Scrum framework, roles, ceremonies, artifacts, and tools.


    Job Qualifications

    Minimum Education and/or Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

    Additional knowledge and skills:

    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM implementations.
    • Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Experience with business process mapping and re-engineering.
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
    • Experience in a Scrum Master role for software development teams.
    • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
