Job Summary:
CAPTA Grant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day activities of staff, collect and analyze data and provide required reports. Supervisor will lead dissemination and sustainability activities, conduct surveys on parents and stakeholders, be responsible for monthly case file reviews and outreach activities. Work involves creating and implementing new and/or existing processes to enhance current services to children and families in the STEPS (Strengthening Ties and Empowering Parents) programs. Conduct regular reviews to ensure program is being provided according to policy and procedure and the community is given the highest level of service. Ensuring that project staff stay in compliance with all required procedures and contract requirements. Worker will assess and compile feedback on systemic barriers and facilitate discussion on overcoming the barriers with the goal of maintaining 100% compliance. Acts as primary liaison with contracted community organizations regarding the grant. Will be grant lead and will be responsible for all reporting and data collection. This position is responsible for providing training, guidance and management activities on all activities related to the STEPS program. CAPTA GRANT SUPERVISOR IS A GRANT FUNDED POSITION STARTING AT ONE YEAR WITH ABILITY TO BE THREE YEARS.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Proven combination of education and experience which demonstrates the ability to lead, manage, enhance, and promote the assigned programs of the agency. Two years experience in child welfare or prevention programs preferred. Two years of responsible experience in monitoring and evaluating prevention programs may be substituted for direct child welfare work. Supervisory experience preferred.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Valid driver’s license.
