Mentors and coaches team on troubleshooting, solution development, and customer communication best practices. Additionally, Technical Support Supervisor monitors work queues to ensure adequate coverage and to meet service level standards. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. The Technical Support Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Under general supervision, in a 24/7 in-bound call center environment, TSR's will be the friendly voice and customer service experts to our telecommunications clients. They will diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues while guiding customers through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, resolving username and password problems, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.

Shift differentials (additional compensation) are available for evening and weekend shifts. We also provide two weeks of paid, mandatory training.
