CSO has a great opportunity for an experienced or newly licensed Clinician to lead our Family Support Services (FSS) team as a Clinical Supervisor in our Gardner office.
This position provides support to individual members of a team consisting of Master's and Bachelor's level staff. The Supervisor for FSS oversees clinical and administrative tasks on a daily basis, encouraging best practices for trauma informed care. This is a full-time, management position based in Athol/Gardner and includes a full benefits package. Qualifications
Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or closely related field from an accredited program. Must be clinically licensed (preferred LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.) Demonstrated experience in behavioral health. Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents and families, including experience navigating children's systems and supports within the community. Knowledge of and training in child development and children's mental health experience. Good listening skills, nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency, desire to work in natural family and youth settings. Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight. Be an effective member of a Team. Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of families from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
