Being a Technical Trainer writes training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Lectures on the safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, Technical Trainer administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Technical Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Description:
The Receiving Trainer reports directly to the Inbound 3rd shift Manager. Provides leadership and training to the Receiving associates as needed. Responsible for completing the work of a Receiving associate. The Receiving trainer performs all Receiving functions including but not limited to: Receiving, scanning, counting, maintaining receiving documents, and unloading trucks. The Receiving lead demonstrates behavior that supports AWBC core values.
