Technical Trainer creates and conducts technical training programs. Determines training objectives. Being a Technical Trainer writes training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Lectures on the safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, Technical Trainer administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Technical Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Millwright will keep all production machinery and equipment throughout the mill in good working condition.Responsibilities : - Troubleshoot and diagnose problems;

- To fabricate parts, equipment and machinery.- Operate shop equipment including drill presses, grinders, hydraulic presses, band saws / skill saws.
- Be able operate forklift, Millwright truck, front-end loader.- To complete work both in the field and in the shop, including disassembly and assembly.
- To work to precise tolerances, essential to work in confined areas. Essential to consult technical manuals as well as technicians.
- To complete PM sheets, work orders, essential to outline daily activities.- 3 years of experience working as a Millwright in an industrial setting- needs welding experience- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to meet Physical demands such as : kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing, reaching, bending, squatting, etc..- Valid Driver's License
