Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leads team of training professionals in developing and delivering technical training content to customers in support of digital transformation projects. Conducts technical training needs assessment by collecting information on customer employee skillsets and creates training programs according to requirements Develops and provides training schedules and agendas Determines course content and objectives Determines system/platform utilization requirements by researching systems Conducts training sessions and assists lower-level trainers in the classroom Develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training and updates course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance May provide work leadership for lower-level practitioners, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs Ensures customer satisfaction with training outcomes and objectives Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business 8 years of relevant experience Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects Experience in designing technical course content to include technical writing of software documentation and training support tools Ability to address training needs with complete courses Working knowledge in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Experience with large-scale organizational change and technical training efforts Preferred Qualifications: Certified Technical Trainer Certification desired Security Clearance Requirements: US citizenship with the ability to obtain public trust clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The projected compensation range for this position is $94,500-$157,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
