Technical Trainer creates and conducts technical training programs. Determines training objectives. Being a Technical Trainer writes training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Lectures on the safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, Technical Trainer administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Technical Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Experience with multi-layer board level design and EMC practices.

    Must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to our ITAR registration.

    This is a full-time position located at our Camarillo, CA facility.

    Post-graduation relevant work experience is nonnegotiable.

    Required Education:

    Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering, MS preferred.

    Preferred:

    Power electronic circuits.

    Basic FPGA programming.

    Pay Range: $100,000 to $120,000 annual salary.
