Technical Trainer creates and conducts technical training programs. Determines training objectives. Being a Technical Trainer writes training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Lectures on the safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, Technical Trainer administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Technical Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. In this varied role you will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment.
This role would suit a maintenance / automation technician or an auto mechanic, looking to increase their earnings through plenty of overtime and develop with clear progression opportunities.
The role
- Monday - Friday 2nd shift 3.30pm - Midnight
- Carrying out PPM & reactive maintenance.
