Additionally, Technical Trainer, Sr. administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an manager. The Technical Trainer, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
