Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, fold, or shape metal sheets according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and production requirements
- Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet the required specifications
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to achieve desired results
- Program machines using CAM programming software
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
