    We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team at BHS Corrugated North America. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in traveling extensively to train operating and maintenance staff on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BHS Corrugated equipment. This position requires a strong focus on fostering customer relations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers and BHS Corrugated North America staff on equipment maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting protocols.
    • Develop and implement customized training plans and materials tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers, including formal classroom sessions, hands-on training, and informal knowledge sharing.
    • Offer expert technical advice and support to customers, ensuring optimal equipment functionality and process efficiency.
    • Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes, including assessments, interviews, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
    • Foster open communication and knowledge exchange with internal teams, including sales, project planning, service, manufacturing, assembly, and development departments.
    • Drive sales of training courses to enhance customer satisfaction and drive productivity.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.

    Requirements:

    • Associate's degree in engineering sciences preferred, or equivalent experience in the corrugated industry.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Dynamic and outgoing personality with a passion for public speaking and adult education.
    • Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity to understand the functionality of new machinery.
    • Previous experience in a maintenance role within the corrugated industry is advantageous.
    • Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America, with occasional travel to Europe.
    • Valid driver's license and passport are mandatory.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
