The Technical Trainer position is responsible for managing learning and performance of the employees in the learning environment as well as projects regarding Shop Floor Optimization. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019.
