Technical Trainer, Sr. jobs in New Britain, CT

Established electronics repair business is seeking a part-time experienced audio and music electronics
repair technician. We service a wide range of music and audio gear including guitar, bass and keyboard
amplifiers, digital pianos and synthesizers, mixers, speakers, effects processors, stereo equipment,
acoustic and electric guitars and basses, and more.
Qualifications:
Some formal training or education in electronics is required
Knowledge of both vintage and modern equipment and instruments
Able to read schematics
Good communication skills a must
Must be able to work unsupervised
Must have own hand tools including digital multimeter
We provide a self-structured shop environment for technicians to profitably utilize their skills to serve
the CT technical and performing arts community. We work in collaboration with local music stores,
entertainment venues, and studios.
Flexible hours
Pay is flat rate per job based on experience
Must be able to submit IRS W-9 form as independent contractor

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
