WORK SHIFT DAY (United States of America) SUMMARY OF DUTIES Develops, implements, and delivers instructor led and online technical training to meet the end-user instructional needs and evaluates its effectiveness. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED Writes detailed learning objectives. Performs script and storyboard e-learning and instructor led lessons and assessments. Assembles e-learning lessons. Conducts user testing. Coordinates instructor led courses with various outside education sources. Researches and distributes training materials. Conducts training needs analysis for functional and skill/competency-based job requirements. Uses various tools to determine this information such as surveys, focus groups and analysis of performance data. Assists with the design, development and distribution of training tools such as standard operating procedures, reference guides, reference cards, and other end-user documentation. Participates in the selection and guide development of system training tools to ensure they address requirements, are user friendly, facilitate effective learning and are cost effective. Maintains ongoing training schedules to continually improve employee skills. Assists with training effectiveness evaluation criteria and data gathering/tracking methods. May develop certification processes to ensure quality and consistency of learning. Work with Management of Information Systems (MIS) and other departments in global, cooperative training initiatives. Develops in-house training. May plan, develop, deliver, and track learning through a learning management system. Assists with the production and management of live, streaming, or a hybrid of live and streaming events and broadcasts. Supports Audio-Visual requests from various departments. Performs other duties and tasks as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with two years of work related experience. Demonstrated skills in training needs analysis, program and curriculum development, training delivery and training evaluation methods. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex concepts and processes in an easy to understand manner to various audience levels. Experience with graphic, audio, and video tools. Experience with Learning management systems. Experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with others to accomplish objectives and goals; ability to build positive working relationships across divisions/functions; ability to gain agreement on issues from diverse audiences. Excellent organizational skills. Must be able to manage time in an efficient manner and complete projects which require research and presentations. Ability to interact with all levels within the Company. Demonstrated knowledge of various software suites such Microsoft Office 365 and other applicable business software programs. Travel as needed. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Motion graphic skills. Experience with live streaming software such as OBS, vMix, Streamlabs OBS, or xSplit. Familiarity with live sound systems and cameras.
