As a financial advisor in one of our branch offices, you will meet with clients and receive support from our headquarters. This allows you to focus on building strong relationships with your clients. Our headquarters in St. Louis, Tempe, and Mississauga provide expertise and support to our branch teams across the United States and Canada. We are continuously growing to meet the needs of our long-term individual investors.
Job Overview:
- Support the design, development, and integration of new technology platforms for our Core Business Segment, including Branch, Client, and Operational systems.
- Contribute to defining and building the solution architecture and integration patterns to support the product roadmap.
- Architect solutions that integrate with our core domains and enable new digital channels and experiences.
- Follow best architectural practices and build scale and efficiencies to support future business growth.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems preferred, or related work experience.
- 10 years of experience designing and building enterprise-scale distributed solutions.
- 5 years of experience in domain modeling, system design, cloud architectures, and integration patterns.
- Practical experience in designing and building Microservices and REST APIs. Experience with distributed caching, event-driven and streaming frameworks preferred.
- Experienced in designing and building highly scalable, distributed, and secure solutions that run in a cloud environment, such as Azure.
- Experienced in both relational and non-relational data stores.
- Expert hands-on experience in technologies such as Spring Boot, Microservices, API Management, Event Streaming, Cloud-Native Patterns, Observability, Performance Optimizations, Data modeling, Master and Operational Data Stores, Data ingestion and distribution patterns, ETL/ELT technologies, Relational and Non-Relational DBs, and DB Optimization patterns.
- Prior wealth management or financial experience is preferred.
