Genetec is currently seeking a Technical Trainer. We are looking for a dynamic, responsive individual, able to work in a fast-paced, lively environment. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering training on all our Genetec products' portfolio which is constantly growing with cutting-edge technologies.
This position requires travel 50% of the time, mostly in the Australian region but also internationally. When not on the road, the Technical Trainer will work from a home office, preparing for future training sessions, updating existing training material and improving the course content.
The role of the Technical Trainer (ANZ) is to provide support for Genetec partners and help them to deliver technical training to Genetec customers, resellers, distributors as well as internal staff. The Technical Trainer is based in Australia and will report to the Managing Director (APAC).
