Establishes processes to monitor results and collect feedback on training instructors to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Technical Training Manager assesses and manages any contractors utilized to deliver specialized training. May manage IT, product, or equipment training depending on the industry and setting. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an director. As a Customer Technical Training Specialist at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will perform as Ground Based Mid-course Defense (GMD) Fire Control (GFC), GMD System Trainer (GST) subject matter expert (SME) and trainer. As required, provide GFC system behavior analysis; upon GMD Program-directed GFC software upgrades, develop, deliver, and execute initial train-the-trainer instruction package capturing GFC system behavior differential; research, develop, and conduct GMD System Trainer Course (GMSTOC); capture and report GST usage data.
