JOB DESCRIPTION
Initiates automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer rapport and records.
Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager. Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.
QUALIFICATION FOR THE JOB
Excellent customer service skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner. General knowledge of automobile mechanics with the ability to pay attention to detail.
