Genesis10 is seeking a Technical Writer for a contract with our client in Minneapolis, MN. 30% Remote.

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to join their Compliance and Model Governance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and updating comprehensive documentation following regulatory policies and internal guidelines. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive playbook outlining practices for compliance with updated Model Governance Policy and other relevant policies.
• Define procedures for compliance with specific policy sections, including Model Implementation, Model Documentation, Validation Findings, and Model Approval.
• Establish protocols for considering and addressing potential bias in models.
• Develop a Practice Guide for end-to-end Model Ops Framework deployed within the AWM Data Lake environment (a cloud-based lake using AWS environment).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refresh user agreement documents for new user onboarding, new data use, and annual attestation of practices and procedures.

Required Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with strong self-initiative and a high degree of flexibility.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Understanding of online documentation presentation best practices.
• Experience with project management and conducting needs assessments.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and model governance principles is preferred.

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
