Responsibilities and Duties
Listen to customer’s description of symptoms.
Conduct thorough inspections.
Take test drives, check vehicle maintenance record, and communicate with customers.
Answer incoming service calls and greet walk-in customers.
Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
Give accurate estimates in a timely manner.
Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return time.
