    Responsibilities:
    • CI Solutions is looking for a contract technical writer to support the support team backlog, including creating engaging content that helps our internal and external customers excel at self-sufficiency when using or troubleshooting the product.
    • Includes other doc-oriented tasks as requested by the Technical Services manager, such as producing release notes and other customer-facing help material to support rollouts and different needs.
    • Support all documentation tasks in the team backlog, including creating new content and editing existing documentation as needed. Revise other help content as directed by the Technical Services manager, including but not limited to internal documentation to assist our internal support team.
    • Work and collaborate with the product managers, subject matter experts, support teams, and other org members to ensure all documentation is correct and meets style guidelines set by the writing team.
