What we do

Latent AI enables creation of more robust, efficient, and agile edge applications that improve user adoption and mission impact.Our current product mission is simplifying and accelerating traditional AI workflows from model training and optimization to deployment and support. Our flagship product, the Latent AI Efficient Inference Platform™ (LEIP), is a unified SDK built for machine learning engineers and AI software developers. Our solutions are being used in more places than ever before including manufacturing automation, predictive maintenance, process control, consumer electronics, and defense and aerospace applications. And we are just getting started.

Who we're looking for

As a vital member of a growing team, you will have the opportunity to directly shape our culture and personality as well as implement systems that support our company's evolution and direction.  We're looking for a Technical Writer to author, edit, and review product documentation. The ideal candidate has technical chops, demonstrably strong communication and writing skills, and can effectively interact with software developers, data scientists, product owners, and project leads.

What you’ll do

The Technical Writer will:

• Work with product owners, product marketing, and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including, User Guides, Integration Guides and API Developer Guides.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
• Learn complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users.
• Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.
• Integrate use case and functional data into user documentation and examples.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of work and/or writing samples.
• Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
• Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
• Enjoys working as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
