Purpose
The Technical Director’s primary responsibility is to champion the technical and production elements for Chapel Pointe (audio, lighting, media, online and video broadcast). The ideal candidate will have the ability to build and lead the volunteer and staff Production Team, and is continuously seeking ways to make the weekend and other ministry event experiences outstanding. The Technical Director is responsible for implementing CP vision and values for the Production Team meaning the staff and volunteers must be spiritually prepared in addition to technically prepared for their role in worship and events.
