    Sellers & Associates, LLC has an opening for a Technical Director for Strategic Programs. The position will be predominantly remote with a targeted home office in Hampton Roads VA, San Diego, CA, or the Washington Capital District (Washington, DC, northern VA, Maryland). Other locations may be considered. Position may require up to 20% travel, as needed.


    The Technical Director for Strategic Programs is responsible for contributing to S&A’s business plan to grow value-added Tier 1 work, focused on strategic solutions such as but not limited to Echelon I/II Task Force studies, DoD and DHS logistics analysis and supply chain studies, USN/USCG maintenance, modernization, sustainment, and readiness support, NAVSEA/NAVWAR training, engineering and technical activities, Cyber/CISSP support, SOCOM support, USN Fleet/TYCOM support, and Joint Forces support. This individual will provide expertise and leadership across multiple strategic, technical, and logistics disciplines and provide mission support and integrated solutions for customers and/or for internal organizational purposes. He/she will ensure effective management of business activities with a goal of growing company corporate experience in the areas above. S&A is seeking an individual who is forward-thinking, eager to contribute expertise and assistance in a variety of projects, and who operates with vision and integrity. The ideal candidate will seamlessly contribute to and/or lead both strategic, technical, and business development projects. The Technical Director for Strategic Programs will be comfortable using his/her capabilities and expertise to support multiple roles and functions at S&A with minimal supervision or guidance.



    Job Requirements:

    • Serve as a leader and/or subject matter expert in multiple disciplines for a variety of strategic projects to support customers and/or internal organizational activities.
    • Design strategies for future business development projects based on the company’s overall objectives and resources.
    • Provide disciplined, systematic, process-driven project management practices required to ensure S&A teams are ready to grow, perform tasks, deliver products, provide services, or implement new processes for customers.
    • Align strategic program efforts and activities and other projects with company goals and objectives. Support proposal generation, when requested.
    • Create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external company stakeholders, both Government and industry partners.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support business and/or organizational change activities are planned and delivered effectively.
    • Plan, schedule, execute, and manage strategic and technical projects.
    • Contribute to the development of company innovation tools and templates to manage strategic programs at both a project, program, and/or organizational level.
    • Support established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies.
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and apply efficiencies.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
