The position will be predominantly remote with a targeted home office in Hampton Roads VA, San Diego, CA, or the Washington Capital District (Washington, DC, northern VA, Maryland). Other locations may be considered. Position may require up to 20% travel, as needed.
The Technical Director for Strategic Programs is responsible for contributing to S&A’s business plan to grow value-added Tier 1 work, focused on strategic solutions such as but not limited to Echelon I/II Task Force studies, DoD and DHS logistics analysis and supply chain studies, USN/USCG maintenance, modernization, sustainment, and readiness support, NAVSEA/NAVWAR training, engineering and technical activities, Cyber/CISSP support, SOCOM support, USN Fleet/TYCOM support, and Joint Forces support. This individual will provide expertise and leadership across multiple strategic, technical, and logistics disciplines and provide mission support and integrated solutions for customers and/or for internal organizational purposes. He/she will ensure effective management of business activities with a goal of growing company corporate experience in the areas above. S&A is seeking an individual who is forward-thinking, eager to contribute expertise and assistance in a variety of projects, and who operates with vision and integrity. The ideal candidate will seamlessly contribute to and/or lead both strategic, technical, and business development projects.
