Technical Director
As a Technical Director at Cornerstone, you will be an integral part of the production team, managing a wide range of technical and production activities for new resident live shows and immersive experiences. This position may include onsite, hybrid, and/or remote work as dictated by business needs.
Primary responsibilities include planning and executing events, with the knowledge and understanding of how to best implement the overall creative vision, using available technical and logistical elements that help effectively execute an event. The Technical Director will manage the technical elements of local, national, and some international events, as well as virtual events. The Technical Director works with a great deal of independence and exercises independent judgment in performing a wide variety of duties but must also excel in a team environment. Must have strong experience in scenery, lighting, AV production and management. Additional responsibilities will include sourcing materials, managing freelance staff, negotiating with vendors, drafting, coordinating event supplies and shipments, The TD is also responsible for managing virtual elements of events, including streaming components, both onsite at live events and in studio or remotely if necessary.

Audio Visual technical experience is a must. Candidate must be well organized and able to handle multiple tasks. Must possess strong written and verbal skills in addition to effective time management, leadership, and people skills.
