    Position Purpose:
    The Technical Program Manager leads and oversees the successful execution of complex technical projects. The Technical Program Manager II is a key member of our team, this individual works closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, operations, and quality assurance, to deliver high-impact projects. Their ability to manage complex technical programs, communicate effectively, and resolve challenges will be critical to our success.
     
    Position Responsibilities:
    • Continuously learn, share, and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world class service and support.
    • Program Leadership:
      • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple technical projects within the company's portfolio.
      • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
      • Develop and maintain a detailed program plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
      • Ensure all project team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Foster collaboration and communication between different teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance.
      • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
    • Risk Management:
      • Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
      • Proactively monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to the company's guidelines.
      • Implement processes for testing and quality control.
    • Stakeholder Communication:
      • Provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders on program status, risks, and milestones.
      • Facilitate meetings and maintain open lines of communication.
    • Resource Management:
      • Manage program resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
    • Continuous Improvement:
      • Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices to enhance program management capabilities within the organization.
     
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is a plus.
    • 3 years as a Technical Program Manager (or similar role), managing complex technical projects or programs.
    • Strong understanding of software development and engineering processes.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Experience with program management tools and software.
    • Excellent communicate skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate project teams toward successful outcomes.
    • Effective problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during project execution and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex programs, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Skill in resolving conflicts and managing disagreements among team members and stakeholders.
    • Effective time management skills to juggle multiple projects, tasks, and priorities simultaneously.
    • The ability to align program goals with the company’s strategic objectives and vision.
    • Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities.
    • A focus on meeting customer/stakeholder needs and ensuring satisfaction.
    • The capacity to make informed decisions and choices based on available data and risk assessment.

    • Proficiency in analyzing project data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.

    Wage:
    $90,000 to $120,000 Annually, based on experience.
