Position Purpose:
The Technical Program Manager leads and oversees the successful execution of complex technical projects. The Technical Program Manager II is a key member of our team, this individual works closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, operations, and quality assurance, to deliver high-impact projects. Their ability to manage complex technical programs, communicate effectively, and resolve challenges will be critical to our success.
Position Responsibilities:
- Continuously learn, share, and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world class service and support.
- Program Leadership:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple technical projects within the company's portfolio.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a detailed program plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all project team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration and communication between different teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to the company's guidelines.
- Implement processes for testing and quality control.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders on program status, risks, and milestones.
- Facilitate meetings and maintain open lines of communication.
- Resource Management:
- Manage program resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices to enhance program management capabilities within the organization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- 3 years as a Technical Program Manager (or similar role), managing complex technical projects or programs.
- Strong understanding of software development and engineering processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with program management tools and software.
- Excellent communicate skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate project teams toward successful outcomes.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during project execution and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex programs, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Skill in resolving conflicts and managing disagreements among team members and stakeholders.
- Effective time management skills to juggle multiple projects, tasks, and priorities simultaneously.
- The ability to align program goals with the company’s strategic objectives and vision.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities.

Wage:
$90,000 to $120,000 Annually, based on experience.
