- Develop KPIs for the responsible departments based on the company's annual goals and supervise their completion.根据公司年度目标制定所辖部门的KPI，并监督完成。
- Participate in product development planning and engineering related work throughout the entire lifecycle from the quotation stage, ensuring the accuracy of all products related technical data from samples to mass production. 从报价阶段开始参与产品开发的策划及整个生命周期内工程技术相关的工作，确保从样件到量产所有产品相关技术数据的准确性。
- Participate in the mold development process to ensure that all previous experience can be applied to new molds and work closely with mold suppliers to gradually build up WPC's own mold development capabilities. 参与模具开发过程，确保所有以往的经验可以应用在新模具上，与模具供应商紧密合作，逐步建立WPC自己的模具开发能力。

- Responsible for the daily management of the equipment and facilities team, leading and supervising the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, ensuring that they operate in good condition, reducing and even eliminating downtime caused by equipment and facilities abnormalities. 负责设备设施团队的日常管理，带领并监督设备设施的保养及维修，确保设备设施在良好的状况下运行，减少直至消除因设备设施异常引起的停机。
- Responsible for the development of all mold and production related software and hardware suppliers, providing technical bidding documents that meet WPC requirements, and responsible for the technical part of supplier bidding. 负责所有模具，生产相关的软硬件供应商开发，给出符合WPC要求的技术招标文件，并负责供应商招标的技术部分。

- Lead the team to complete the self-made equipment in the improvement project.领导团队完成改进项目中可自制的设备。

- At least 5 years’ experience in equipment or tooling team management. 5年以上设备设施或者模具团队管理经验
- More than 10 years of technical experience in the mechanical or automotive industry in total. 总计10年以上机械或汽车行业技术相关经验
- College degree or above with mechanical, automation or electrical relevant major;机械，自动化，电气相关专业本科或以上学历。
- Excellent organizational skills as well people and performance management; 出色的组织能力和人员绩效管理能力
- Practical experience in TPM implementation;有TPM的实践经验。
