    Responsibilities:

    • Perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of overhead cranes and industrial equipment.
    • Conduct inspections to identify and proactively address issues, utilizing multi-craft skills in electrical and mechanical fields.
    • Diagnose and resolve complex problems with 480-volt systems, PLCs, VFDs, and control systems.
    • Stay updated on OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI, and other industry-related codes and regulations.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
    • Follow stringent safety protocols and procedures at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
    • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with multi-craft skills.
    • Proficiency with 480-volt systems, PLCs, VFDs, and control systems.
    • In-depth knowledge of mechanical principles.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
    • Relevant certification or degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is a plus.
