Primary Responsibilities- Manage the Technical Support and Installations & Training teams (4 people).
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of the teams’ processes and projects.
- Effectively train and manage employees, providing coaching and encouragement to empower the team and elevate the customer experience.
- Oversee and organize employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and equal work distribution.
- Assist with calls and escalated issues as needed to support the team, resolving complaints and issues with tact and care.
- Communicate openly and effectively with leadership and other departments.
- Monitor and review calls and case notes for quality assurance and improvement.
- Collect data and prepare reports.
- Develop, implement, and document processes and procedures.
- Helping customers as needed to assist when the team is busy
- Assisting with hardware issues/replacements as needed.
Hours and Benefits- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
- Saturday rotation every 3 weeks: 9am-3pm
- Compensation: up to $35/hour
- Full benefits package included
Requirements/Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2 years of IT help desk/customer service experience is required.
- 1 years of management experience is required.
- Training and onboarding experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP or CRM software is required, NetSuite experience a plus.
- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented fashion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
