Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a skilled Data and Financial Analyst to become a part of our vibrant team at 3Sync Research. This crucial role combines financial acumen with analytical expertise to support our clinical research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and create reports to support decision-making.
• Monitor and report on financial performance of clinical research projects.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines.
• Implement data-driven strategies to optimize spending and improve financial efficiency.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for ongoing and upcoming clinical trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with clinical objectives.
• Ensure integrity and compliance of financial data through rigorous validation and auditing processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to report on project financials, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills and financial software to manage large datasets and perform complex analyses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful business insights.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficient in Quickbooks, MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial databases and software.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,198.12 - $81,518.17 per year
