Responsibilities

Our Enterprise Technology (ET) Department is seeking a Technology Analyst-Test Execution to work on our P&C (Property & Casualty) Auto/Fire Test Execution team! This is a special agile team to enable robust system end-to-end (E2E) Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and PLA Enhancement Testing (PLA/ET), by creating, scripting, executing test cases and reporting results. The team also performs special requested tests and supports the overall development and test approach for Personal Lines Auto (PLA), and supports and builds reporting out for defect management.

Some Responsibilities May Include

• Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end application testing for State Farm's Personal Lines Modernization deployments of PolicyCenter.
• Collaborate on process improvements to help State Farm more quickly test and deploy major PolicyCenter changes to enable a full company-wide rollout of this transformative system.
• Exhibit DevOps and Agile mindset where team is accountable for improvements from inception to implementation, and demonstrate a growth mindset.
• Ensure work and/or the work of your team complies with enterprise policies and standards within their area of expertise and responsibilities.
• Perform testing including system and business acceptance testing, and engage in the development of test automation.
• Identify, manage, and facilitate the resolution of risks, issues, and defects.
• Provide support for problem and issue resolution and provides consultation and direction to business and department partners.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and apply an understanding of State Farm's structure, systems, products, services, and processes.

Qualifications

We Are Seeking Candidates With A Minimum Of 3 Years Experience:

• Developing test cases and test business requirements based on knowledge of the practical experience within a line of business and knowledge of their products, processes, procedures and or transactions.
• Large-scale test schedule development incorporating 30 participating teams and dozens of integrated services
• Effectively and clearly communicate in large meetings, provide updates on testing progress to business partners and send written communications to a large audience.
• Experience with product testing, integration testing, and business acceptance testing.

Additional Knowledge:

• P&C (Property & Casualty) product knowledge (Auto is preferred, including Auto Legacy)
• Experience with PolicyCenter
• Experience working with Agility/VersionOne.
• Experience working with P&C test tools including PCFAB, ORB, CREdiT, PHASER, etc.
