Job Summary:
As our Operations Research Analyst, you are responsible for making assessments after reviewing and evaluating information presented to you. You handle data set research and evaluation to draw conclusions, ensure compliance, and identify trends. You’ll team with multiple stakeholders to achieve optimal results. One of your primary responsibilities includes record keeping and report generation. As the person in this critical investigative position, you will gather domestic and international assignment information. There is an on-site expectation with work-from-home flexibility in this position. Operational needs and our telework policy determine your work location. Training is in person, on-site for a period of approximately 6 weeks. Your presence may occasionally be required in the office for trainings, meetings, or to resolve badge issues. Any additional remedial training and/or supervision will be held in-office at the National Visa Center.

Your Minimum Qualifications to be a Research Analyst:
You must live within 90 miles of Portsmouth, NH, and be a U.S. citizen. Additionally, you must successfully complete a credit and criminal background check and be able to obtain a Secret-level federal security clearance.
