Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive technical proposals tailored to customer requests.
- Engage in detailed technical discussions to fully grasp customer needs beyond the RFQ.
- Coordinate with various departments (Engineering, PdM, PM, NPI, Purchasing, Quality, Legal) for bid preparation.
- Negotiate and finalize technical aspects of bids.
- Create detailed technical offers, including system configurations, test plans, and documentation.
- Assist the Sales team during customer meetings.
- Prepare quotation sheets for projects, ensuring accurate cost calculations.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Bid Management.
- Proficiency in ITCS software and communication protocols.
- Experience with software and hardware integration, and knowledge of Passenger Information Systems and CCTV is a plus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Fluency in German and English. Beneficial if you also have proficiency in French,
- Excellent communication skills and readiness to travel up to 25%.
