SUMMARY
This is a full-time, exempt professional position that independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard professional techniques and procedures related to the assessment and remediation of petroleum contaminated sites. This position works independently on small projects, and assists on larger, more complex projects; as well as takes responsibility for planning and executing work assignments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related science field and 3 years of related experience. Personal cell phone with active contract and valid driver’s license. Preferred: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Geologist (PG) certification. Experience with the FDEP Petroleum Restoration Program.
