Assisting the Technology Project Manager with coordinating the implementation of new technology projects across the disciplines of hardware, software, data flow, and learning technology so that the goals of student learning are attained. Education/Certification/Licensure
High School diploma or GED
College degree from an accredited college/university preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to maintain a good working relationship with all stakeholders
Proficient computer software skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in K12 Technology
Experience participating in technology projects
Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in developing a detailed plan for equipment delivery, deployment, communication, and user training.
- Assist in coordinating logistics with vendors and district personnel for a smooth rollout.
- Assist in analyzing deployment data to identify and address any user adoption or training gaps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date device inventory records.
- Track device usage patterns to optimize resource allocation and future technology planning.
- Assist in developing a comprehensive plan for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Assist in managing device warranties and ensure timely repairs and replacements as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software to analyze data for planning and tracking.
