We are seeking a Senior Program Advisor for Enterprise Information Systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the growth and expansion of the Enterprise Information System Technologies portfolio, while also working the managers and executives with their program execution and business growth. This involves regular interactions with senior government officials, such as Program Executive Officers (PEOs), Program Managers (PMs), Senior Executive Service (SES) members, and industry counterparts, to ensure alignment with customer expectations and collaborative efforts towards achieving desired outcomes. You will translate customer requirements into strategic and tactical plans, coordinating with directors to allocate necessary staffing resources and program managers to lead implementation efforts, while overseeing the overall execution. You will conduct thorough analyses and evaluations of significant administrative, technical, and programmatic aspects of mission-oriented programs, applying a comprehensive knowledge of various assessment methods to assess program status, effectiveness, and efficiency. Furthermore, you will utilize your extensive understanding of administrative, acquisition, and logistics laws, policies, regulations, and precedents to inform program decision-making. As a senior advisor, you will provide leadership, mentoring and coaching and develop detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-term implementation and program administration for product solutions and delivery. Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Required BS/BA Degree In-depth knowledge of DoD government Enterprise Information Systems 5 years relevant experience applying leadership, architecting solutions, and business process reengineering for IT systems. Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance. Desired Master’s Degree in Information Systems, or equivalent Experience realizing a complex vision in alignment with diverse technical, programmatic, management, and infrastructure inputs and requirements. Experience in a Program Director or equivalent role Experience in a government CIO or Deputy CIO role.
