Overview
The Tax Manager is the liaison between the partner, director, the client, and the professional staff. Managers are responsible for managing tax projects and client engagements simultaneously, and scheduling, staffing, and coordinating engagement workflow. Managers establish relationships with clients and are often the primary client contact/representation of the Firm. They are expected to cross-sell services and bring in additional projects from existing clients.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university and/or equivalent years of experience. CPA license required. Minimum five years of experience in tax compliance. Industry specific knowledge maybe required. Previous experience managing work teams preferred. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. Must be able to multi-task and has excellent follow-up abilities. Ability to read, speak and write English.
