RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce is looking for Research Analysts. Qualified candidates will be developing and implementing evaluation plans for human behavior research studies using human behavior research, human performance research, statistical analysis, data visualization, Miro, Power BI, UserZoom, and JIRA; Assessing and evaluating key components, selecting appropriate data collection methods, involving stakeholders, and providing recommendations based on formative, process, and outcome evaluations; Utilizing psychosocial and community theories to inform the design, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral research studies and design solutions; Implementing qualitative research methods, including conducting interviews and focus groups to gather rich data and insights about human behavior; Synthesizing and communicating research findings to a variety of stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences; Analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data using statistical analysis, data visualization, and other appropriate research methods; Developing and performing human performance research, investigation, or analysis; Working with project managers and product owners to develop and maintain research schedules with tools such as Atlassian JIRA; Presenting findings with actionable recommendations to a variety of internal stakeholders; and creating products and services that promote equity and provide accessible solutions to individuals with disabilities.
Salary: $63.00 to $90.00/hr.
REQUIREMENTS: Requirements: Master's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Behavioral Science, Health Informatics or Public Health and one years' experience in position or one years' experience in Human Behavior Analysis field (or Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Behavioral Science, Health Informatics or Public Health and five year's experience in position or five year's experience in Human Behavior Analysis field).
Special requirements: Experience with human behavior research, human performance research, statistical analysis, data visualization, Miro, Power BI, UserZoom, and JIRA. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. May reside anywhere in the United States.
