Envision Radiology is adding a Compensation Analyst to the team!
Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week | Based in-office - Colorado Springs, CO | Position Pay Range: $64,000 - $80,000
Summary/Objective
The Compensation Analyst is responsible analyzing, designing, and administering company compensation programs. Advises management on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines. Evaluates jobs and develops and maintains job descriptions and job architecture.
Essential Functions
1. Analyzes, designs, and administers employer compensation programs. (Includes base pay, long and short-term incentives, spot bonuses, and commissions.)
2. Designs and communicates pay structures, grades, compensation budgets, and guidelines.
3. Advises management on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines.
4. Evaluates jobs and develops and maintains job descriptions and job architecture.
5. Ensures compensation plan and components meet federal and state Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) requirements.
6. Participates in compensation surveys.
7. Conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
Three plus years’ experience in maintaining and supporting compensation programs
Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations.
Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of compensation plan designs.
Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent education, training and experience, preferred
Certified Compensation Professional, preferred
