A local medical facility in Pensacola is looking for a full-time telecommunications specialist to provide excellent patient care while answering incoming phone calls for a high-volume practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be a part of a dynamic, supportive working environment.
What you'll be doing to make an impact:- Answering a high volume of inbound calls.
- Executing customer-centered phone interactions, including problem resolution.
- Comforting patients by anticipating patients' anxieties.
- Routing calls to the appropriate area to assist with the patient's needs.
- Protect patients' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of personal information.
- Light clerical office duties.
- Processing inbound calls promptly, efficiently, effectively, and professionally.
- High school diploma or a GED
- Must be able to sit for long periods
- Detail oriented
- Working as a team to accomplish all daily tasks
- Excellent organizational and people skills
- For this position, you will be paid $15/hour.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Temp-to-Hire position
