    local medical facility in Pensacola is looking for a full-time telecommunications specialist to provide excellent patient care while answering incoming phone calls for a high-volume practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be a part of a dynamic, supportive working environment.

    What you'll be doing to make an impact:
    • Answering a high volume of inbound calls.
    • Executing customer-centered phone interactions, including problem resolution.
    • Comforting patients by anticipating patients' anxieties. 
    • Routing calls to the appropriate area to assist with the patient's needs.
    • Protect patients' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of personal information.
    • Light clerical office duties. 
    • Processing inbound calls promptly, efficiently, effectively, and professionally.
    What you'll bring to the table:
    • High school diploma or a GED 
    • Must be able to sit for long periods
    • Detail oriented
    • Working as a team to accomplish all daily tasks 
    • Excellent organizational and people skills
    What's in it for you:
    • For this position, you will be paid $15/hour.
    • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Temp-to-Hire position
