    Responsibilities


    • Obtain your Insurance Producer's licenses in Property & Casualty, and Life & Health
    • Spend 9-12 months in the Protégé role (time-based upon each individual)
    • The program will have set sales and growth goals to keep you on track for growth
    • Compensated on a base plus commission structure
    • Work closely with the Agency Owner to gain an understanding of the Agent Ownership role
    • We will be providing leads to help generate sales
    • Immersed into the Farmer's culture and the insurance industry
    • Given the opportunity to work with the Agency owner and the District office to learn the recruiting process

    Requirements


    • Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred but not required
    • Successfully pass a Background Check

    • Ability to build rapport with clients

    • Consultative sales approach

    • Strong negotiation skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to prioritize and multitask

    • Possess strong management skills
